Biography
The core of Jonathan’s practice is aiding high-technology companies with their intellectual property needs. Jonathan places an emphasis on value-added strategic patent portfolio development and analysis. This includes all aspects of patent prosecution including coordination of ideation capture, opinions and analysis of existing patent portfolios. Jonathan also has substantial experience in patent litigation, monetization and licensing, in addition to providing general corporate services including contracts and negotiations.
Jonathan has worked across a wide range of technology areas, including metal 3D printing, software, aircraft electrical systems and artificial intelligence, just to name a few. Jonathan’s clients range from early-stage startups to fortune 500 companies and even non-profits.
Jonathan has a passion for aviation and is training to become a private pilot. He also enjoys hiking and traveling the world with his wife, most recently exploring the many castles of Scotland.
