Biography

David takes a business-minded approach to finding solutions for his varied array of clients, relying on a unique blend of technical, legal, and corporate experience.

David has a demonstrable commitment to patent law, bringing with him 15+ years of experience. He has served as in-house counsel at numerous tech companies in positions ranging from Vice President of Intellectual Property to General Counsel with an emphasis on intellectual property. Before going in-house David worked at several top tier law firms and intellectual property boutiques and was seconded by Panasonic Corporation in Osaka, Japan. Prior to entering the practice of law, David worked as a mechanical and medical device engineer. David is personally an inventor of over a dozen issued U.S. patents.

Outside of work he reads, builds, and focuses on his family. He coaches 3rd to 5th grade girls’ soccer, and if you ask him about it he might just convince you to become a coach.
